Highlights: This design also adds a flex room of decent size and which can  converted to a dedicated bedroom, but is better served as drawn this design. It provides patio access, is an effective space extender for the living space, and a pleasant partially open home office space. Other small detail plan changes should be looked at and compared with the other layouts.  The clever design for the 'trombe' like built-in and wood stove assembly looks suitable in this design's more contemporary clothing.
