Highlights: This design is slightly larger than design 4 and 4a, and that increased footage is in the right side bedroom wing. The second bedroom is decent size, plenty of closet and a full bath directly across the hall. Master suite is comfortable and private. As with all these designs there are minor differences in the entry, utility, and closet functions which often can be mixed and matched into a preferred base design. This presentation of #5 is contemporary leaning both inside and out, and is crisp and simple in its detailing. The bedrooms have their own bay windows with roof cover, and are essentially separated from the main living space such that they are independent passive solar 'candidates'. The master has a little more glass and open slab surface and therefore a better candidate.
