Highlights: This design also adds a flex room of decent size and which can  converted to a dedicated bedroom, but is better served as drawn this design. It provides patio access, is an effective space extender for the living space, and a pleasant partially open home office space. Other small detail plan changes should be looked at and compared with the other layouts.  The clever design for the 'trombe' like built-in and wood stove assembly looks suitable in this design's more contemporary clothing. Note this design feature in 4A is not symmetrical, as it is in design 4, and the windows in this main front wall utilize an asymmetrical 'stepped' design theme that is mimicked elsewhere.
