Site idea: The presented setting and style this design favors the wooded environment. A sloped site condition and different approach orientation can be accommodated.

Open ceilings: This upper level single volume space employs a 'cross vault' idea that basically provides light and views in 4 directions. Some exposed beams are showing that are suitable to the design. These beams have the option of being fully structural or being applied and cosmetic.

Layout: The main ground level has 2 bedroom size spaces, one of which is labelled a flex room. Outfitting that space as a dedicated bedroom is easy enough. The upper level is essentially a great open single space. Check out the 3d images. More footage has been allocated to the living space, and less the kitchen and table spaces.
