Site idea: This design variation shows 90 degree parking orientation, and suggests this design could tuck into a moderate slope, using an  outboard foundation layer- similar to the Earth Series.

Open ceilings: This roof uses 2 single slope shed roof planes with  a 16' rafter span- making it an easy build. This different roof form is employed in designs #3-#6. Both a more contemporary look, and narrow lot compatibility are options with this roof format.

Layout:  On the ground main level there is 1 entry door servicing all requirements and 2 bedrooms and 2 simple baths. The upper level is an open layout variation. A feature is the storage loft with display shelving with rolling ladder access. This is an optional idea. This space could simple be open, or be enclosed with flat ceiling below and a vertical kneewall suitable for art work display.
