Base design: This largest 3 bedroom design follows the simplicity format. The garage with covered porch behind continue the truss roof format with deeper trusses. The house and garage remain separate entities under that same roof- so the entry into the house is in the created breezeway space. A design option that has not been drawn encloses some of that breezeway space as a useful entry/mud rm space accessed from both front and the garage. Some additional space is then picked up inside in the living and eating spaces. This garage location is compromising the glass opportunities on the house's left end wall while gaining a pretty direct/convenient garage connection.

Style: This extended and simple roof expanse would accommodate enough PV panels for a net zero project if one long side or the other has a southern exposure.
