This simple wrap around porch roof extends to the front door entry space.

Economy: Fair to say this design is the easiest/most economical to build in this series. The conditions that contribute to this are the stair location inside and the center bearing wall that contribute to simple front to back framing all levels. Another contributor is the wrapping porch roof that reduces detail situations. This wrapping roof is at a lower pitch which can be adjusted to suit porch sizes and depths. The larger covered area is showing on the entry side. The living room side is not covered, but can be- and can be the larger deck. The sacrifice to covering that living rm side deck is losing the big window above the patio doors which is important to that vaulted interior living rm space.

The look: The visual design as drawn is a mix. A low country flavor comes from the wraparound porch design and soft contemporary is generated mostly from the trapezoidal window theme. Those trap windows are also important to the interior spaces.
