Small walkout home dsign with main level access showing.

Small Walkout #3

Designs#3, #4

Configuration: Designs#3 and #4 share very similar footprints, basic layouts, stairwell and deck designs. A noticeable difference is the raised ceiling and taller glass in the central living and stairwell space in design#3 which has a pretty strong impact on that space. The noticeable design characteristic in design#4 is the 20 degree skew utilized throughout the design which is a design device that 'breaks down the box' and therefore sense of confinement rectangular spaces can dictate. So these 2 designs are similar- and quite different.

Bedrooms: Both flex spaces in the lower level can be enclosed to become dedicated small bedrooms.

Approach: Both have projected entry porches which can be utilized whether approaching from main level as drawn or from the lower topography.
