Orientation: This design favors the front and left side of the home, where a little more glass and the deck spaces are positioned.

Layout: has 2 bedrooms, a full bath and laundry space on the lower walkout level. Main level has all living functions. The loft level is really user defined. Space is available for office, or media center, and sleeping space, and some attic storage. This design would want a non ventilated insulated roof plane. The spiral stair is an architectural decision that brings some character to the both interior and the exterior feature bay window with a run of glass block. The efficiency in this design lies only in the fact it has 3 stacked floors. The geometry and detail is on the complicated side.

Exterior: Probably the more unique and forceful design this series. Also well balanced and composed. the pronounced front window-spiral stair feature is a foil for the siding which can be any any material or texture preferred.
