Maxing out: Sharing the same 588 sf footprint this design maximizes footage potential largely by adding a rear facing shed dormer permitting a more complete use of the 3rd level. The master suite occupies that 3rd level which changes the life style dynamic as kids (or others) can occupy their own lower level. Privacy is generated is a smaller home. Including the garage and twin decks, this design is complete, has a very intimate and cozy scale- and is also fairly complicated for what is still a modest size home.

Garage: This serves as a design example for a garage that can be added to any of the designs#3-#9 connecting (somehow) to the small entry porch. The scale of the garage form relative to the house is big, which is hard to avoid given the prominent position it has to take to serve the home's entry.
