Straight topo line: This 2 story layout follows the construction concepts consistent this series. The stack construction is efficient in this situation as it can be with convention site foundations. The length of the crawl space construction is reduced, as is the platform area presented this design.

Big platform support system: This idea best illustrated in the foundation 3d image. This platform structure uses a fat single trench pour footing (if site permits). Splayed support posts are set on centers for the platform beams that are capable of a pretty long cantilever. Cross joists for floor and insulation (2x10) and for decks (2x6) complete the working deck for all construction and future maintenance above. Working off a steep and or rough ground plane can be a serious handicap.
